Manufacturer’s Warranty
All Whomp It products come with a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or craftsmanship. If you report a defect within the first 90 days of owning your Whomp It product, we’ll replace it to resolve the issue.
How to File a Warranty Claim

Email contact@whompitglass.com within 90 days of delivery using the same email you used to place your order.

Include your order number or receipt, a clear description of the issue, how it occurred, and photos or video that show the defect and the Whomp It logo on the piece.

Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or discuss options if the item is unavailable.
Warranty coverage is determined by Whomp It support staff based on our understanding of normal product use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents, those are covered under our Breakage Program below. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Breakage Program
Life happens. If you accidentally break your Whomp It piece within 6 months of purchase, you qualify for a half off discount on an item of equal or lesser value, no matter what broke or how. You’re not limited to replacing the same item.
But isn't Whomp It Glass extremely durable?
Absolutely — Whomp It products are crafted for maximum durability.
However, all glass has its limits, so please handle your piece with care.
How to File a Breakage Program Claim

Email contact@whompitglass.com within 6 months of delivery using the same email you used to place your order.

Include your order number or receipt, a description of how the damage occurred, and photos or video that show the broken piece and the Whomp It logo on the piece.

We’ll verify your claim and send a one-time-use code for half off your next order.
Replacement Limit: Each eligible item qualifies for a one-time Breakage Program replacement. Discounted replacement items themselves are not eligible for additional Breakage Program claims or coverage, they are only covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Note: The manufacturer's warranty and breakage program policies apply only to purchases made through whompitglass.com or our authorized retailers. We do not service claims for products purchased from Amazon, eBay, Craigslist, or other online marketplaces.
Defective Items
A defect is anything that interferes with the intended function of the piece, including:
Cracks: Fractures or splits resulting from a flaw in the glass or manufacturing process.
Leaks: Points where water or smoke escapes other than the intended openings.
Wide Restrictions: Openings or pathways that are too large, affecting airflow and performance.
Poorly-Fitting Joints: Joints that don’t fit together properly, causing instability or air leaks.
Sandblastings / Decals: Logos or markings that are severely misaligned, incomplete, or otherwise defective.
Blocked Airflow: Any obstruction that prevents smooth airflow through the piece.
Unusual Fragility: Glass that breaks under normal handling or use. (Note: drops, impacts, or thermal shock are not covered.)
Bubbles: Large bubbles or bubbles located in critical areas such as joints.
Minor cosmetic imperfections or variations in size are part of the glassblowing process and fall within our acceptable quality standards.
Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Wholesale and Distributor Policy
The Manufacturer’s Warranty applies to both retail and wholesale customers, including distributors. However, the Breakage Program is reserved exclusively for end customers.
Wholesale partners and distributors must refer customers directly to Whomp It Glass to initiate a Breakage Program claim.
Note: The Manufacturer's Warranty, Breakage Program, and any associated benefits apply according to the terms in effect on the date of purchase. Whomp It LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time; however, such modifications will not retroactively affect purchases made prior to the effective date of the change.
