GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT
If you are a retail store, to qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our wholesale policy and our terms and conditions you certify that you are such and have proper licensing within your state. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store(s) that you have listed. Secondary stores, as well as website and online sales must receive prior written approval.
AGE RESTRICTION
All Whomp It products are intended to be sold to and used by individuals 21 years of age or older. If you are younger than 21, please leave this site immediately. If you are a store that sells Whomp It products in person, we require that you verify the age of every customer using a valid, unexpired photo ID. If you sell Whomp It products online, we require that you verify age prior to check out.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Upon wholesale account registration, your business will receive ONE username and set of log-in credentials per Federal Tax ID number. If you have multiple users or buyers linked to that Tax ID number, they must share that username. Multiple addresses can be stored and edited on your Account page.
PRODUCT OFFERING
All products in our wholesale catalog are available on whompitglass.com. You must log in to your wholesale account to view wholesale pricing. We may also agree to conduct the sale through email or over the phone without the creation of an account, although you will still need to provide the same information listed under the "Account Requirements" section of this policy. If an item is out of stock, it is marked as Sold Out. We do not accept backorders for sold out items. However, you can request a back in stock alert from the product page. If you select "Notify Me When Available" and enter your email, you'll receive an automatic response when that product is restocked.
AREA OF SERVICE
Whompitglass.com ships within the United States. We may begin shipping our glass pieces and other Whomp It products to more countries soon! Check back in for country updates.
We do not ship wholesale orders to PO boxes of any kind.
MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order amount for wholesale orders is $500. Individual items do not have minimum order quantities.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Whompitglass.com accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit and debit cards. If the payment authorization fails, your order will not go through and you’ll be prompted to re-enter the card information or provide an alternative form of payment. No orders will be processed or shipped until full payment is received. If you have opted for installment payments, the order will not be processed or shipped until the initial payment is received.
If a transaction fails due to an AVS error, please double check the zip code you’ve entered in your billing address is the zip code associated with that credit card. If your card fails the AVS or CVV checks, you may see the pre-authorization appear on your credit card statement as a pending charge. The pending charge will fall off your statement after 3-5 business days.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
WHOLESALE ORDERS - We offer FREE standard shipping for wholesale orders of $999 or more. For continental USA orders under this minimum, a $74.95 flat rate will be applied. We ship all orders from our facility in Boca Raton, FL.
Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii - Wholesale orders over $999 ship for FREE. Add $24.95 onto the standard flat rate delivery charge for orders that do not meet the free shipping minimum.
International shipping - We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States. We may begin shipping our glass pieces and other Whomp It products to more countries soon! Check back in for country updates.
RETAIL CUSTOMER ORDERS - We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $150. For continental USA orders under this minimum, a $4.95 flat rate will be applied. We will get our amazing products to your front door safely and discreetly.
Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii - Orders over $150 ship for FREE. Add $8 onto the standard flat rate delivery charge for orders $150 or less.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
Please note that the shipping time does not include the processing time for packaging and creating orders. Most wholesale orders are shipped within 5 business days and arrive within 7 days of shipment.
Any problems with wholesale order goods must be reported by email within 3 days of delivery. Retailers cannot return goods until they have received a written authorization from Whomp It. Goods sent back without written authorization will not be credited to your account.
PRICING
After logging into your wholesale account onto whompitglass.com, every product will display its current wholesale price. This price is subject to change throughout the year.
If you distribute Whomp It products to other retailers, you must sell them at wholesale pricing unless otherwise approved in writing by Whomp It.
Currently the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) of our products is equal to 15% off the regular retail prices on whompitglass.com (not the sale price). For example, a glass beaker being offered to our website's retail customers for a sale price of $200 as opposed to the regular price of $225, would have a MAP of $191.25, or 15% less than $225. The MAP of our products is subject to change throughout the year. When retailing Whomp It products online or in a brick and mortar store, you must sell them at or above the minimum advertised pricing unless otherwise approved in writing by your Account Manager.
Occasionally, there may be bundles and specials that are only available to wholesale accounts. The MAP still applies to each individual product in the bundle.
ORDER MODIFICATION & CANCELATION
If you need to cancel or change your order (including changes to products ordered, payment information, and address details), please contact us immediately at contact@whompitglass.com. If your order ships before the cancellation or change is processed, you will still be charged and you must return the items for a refund in accordance with our return policies. We will not accept returns after 30 days from original delivery.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All of the designs, products, and content within and any materials made available on the website are the sole property of Whomp It LLC. The website, designs, products, images and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of your company. You hereby agree not to reprint, post, or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials, or product designs without the advance, express written consent of Whomp It LLC.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
At Whomp It, we take great pride in our stringent quality control measures and high packaging standards. It's rare for our products to arrive damaged. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please consult our Replacement Policy for the most effective resolution process.
CREDITS
If a claim results in a credit (instead of a refund or replacement), the credit will be issued as a discount code. The discount code can be used to purchase any products available on whompitglass.com.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall Whomp It, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The videos on our socials are made to demonstrate the strength of our products, but DO NOT attempt to replicate the actions in our videos and DO NOT attempt to destroy our products. We are not responsible for any property damage or bodily injury resulting from the use of our products. Retailer agrees that they will not sell Whomp It products after they have been used.
