Payment:
If you complete a purchase using a credit or debit card, your payment information is securely transmitted through Authorize.net, our payment gateway, and processed by Maverick Payments, our merchant processor. Both companies comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) to ensure the secure handling of cardholder data.
If you choose to pay in installments, Sezzle processes your payment directly through its own platform. By selecting Sezzle, you agree to Sezzle’s own terms and privacy policy, and your payment information is handled solely by Sezzle.
Your card details are encrypted during transmission and handled directly by these third-party providers. Whomp It LLC and Shopify do not store your full credit card number or banking information on our servers.
Payment data is retained by the processors only as long as necessary to complete the transaction, resolve disputes, or meet legal and regulatory obligations.
PCI-DSS standards are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council—a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover—to help maintain security for all merchants and service providers.
