Shipping Times and Shipping Speed

Please note that the shipping time does not include the processing time for packaging and preparing your order. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days and typically arrive within 7 days of shipment.

During busy seasons, sales, holidays, or other unexpected delays, processing may take up to 2 weeks. This is due to the handcrafted nature of our products and our commitment to quality—our glassblowers and shippers take the time to carefully prepare each piece.

We do not package or ship orders on U.S. holidays or days when postal carriers are closed.

If your package has not yet been shipped, this may be due to not having completed the required age verification process. Please make sure to complete the age verification process you were emailed about so we can ship your order out in a timely manner.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has been processed, packaged, and labeled for pickup.

Please keep in mind that we have no control over USPS or UPS operations once the package leaves our hands. While most packages arrive on time, there may be unforeseen delays due to carrier processing, weather, or other logistical issues. Because of this, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates and will not refund shipping in cases of delays (unless you paid for upgraded shipping).

That said, we do insure all shipments, and if your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue and file a claim if needed.

Retail Order Modification and Cancellation

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order after it is placed. Orders begin the fulfillment processed once they are placed. If you would like to cancel or change your order (including changes to products ordered and address details), be sure to contact our customer service team immediately at contact@whompitglass.com. If your order ships before the cancellation or change is processed, you will still be charged and you must return the items for a refund in accordance with our return policies. We will not accept returns after 30 days from original delivery.

Orders lost due to an invalid or incomplete shipping address are not eligible for a refund.

WHOLESALE Order Modification and Cancellation

Wholesale orders are final. Meaning that all sales made at wholesale/distributor pricing are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a wholesale/distributor order is placed, it is considered confirmed, and we begin processing it immediately. Orders that include custom-made or backordered items are also subject to this final sale policy.

Quality Assurance: While we take great care in providing durable, high-quality products, any concerns or issues with received goods, such as manufacturing defects, should be reported promptly. We'll work with you to address such rare occurrences on a case-by-case basis, in line with our warranty and support policies.

 

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, most of our items can be shipped to PO boxes. However, it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure their order will fit in the box and can be accepted at their location. If a package is returned to us due to size restrictions or delivery issues, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipment or a refund minus shipping costs.

Wholesale orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

 

Discreet Packaging and Shipping

Here at Whomp It, we understand our customers concerns about privacy and discretion. We do everything we can to ensure our packages are discreet.

As such, our packages are shipped to you in standard plain shipping boxes or bubble mailers.

 

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $100. For contiguous US orders under this minimum, a $8.95 flat rate will be applied. We will get our amazing products to your front door safely and discreetly.

Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii - Orders over $100 ship for FREE. Add $8 onto the standard flat rate delivery charge for orders $100 or less.

Wholesale orders over $999 ship FREE. Distributor orders over $1,500 ship FREE. Calculated shipping is applied for wholesale and distributor orders under the minimums.

During limited-time promotions or sales, shipping costs may be reduced or even waived, regardless of the order's total amount.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Our products are currently only shipped within the United States. We may begin shipping our glass and other Whomp It products to more countries soon! Check back in for country updates.

 

Shipping Insurance

All orders shipped from Whomp It include shipping insurance at no additional cost. This insurance covers loss, theft, and damage that may occur during transit. If your package arrives broken, goes missing, or is marked as delivered but can’t be found, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date if it never arrived). We’ll file a claim and replace the items.

To process your claim, you’ll be required to fill out a brief insurance affidavit confirming the issue. Please note that claims may take a few business days to process, and we appreciate your patience while we work to make it right.

 

Shipping Damages

We take great pride in our stringent quality control measures and high packaging standards. It's rare for our products to arrive damaged. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please consult the guidelines below for the most effective resolution process.

You have 48 hours from order delivery to report any shipping damage. After reviewing your message and verifying, we will issue a replacement as soon as possible.

Please send an email (from the email address you purchased with) to contact@whompitglass.com including the following:

  1. Photos clearly showing the damaged area(s) of the item and Whomp It logo
  2. Photos of the shipping box
  3. Photos of the product packaging
  4. Photo of the entire shipping label
  5. Your order number or receipt

In the event your product is no longer manufactured or is currently unavailable, we will discuss your replacement options.

LEGAL NOTE: Once you've taken all of the necessary photos, please dispose of any damaged glass carefully and responsibly. Whomp It is not liable for any harm inflicted by damaged glass products.

 

Missing Items

If an item or part of your order is missing upon delivery, email contact@whompitglass.com as soon as possible with your order number and a description of what’s missing. You have 48 hours to report a missing item. If you ordered several items, sometimes the items may be shipped in multiple packages, so be sure to check all tracking numbers received before reporting an item missing. After reviewing your message and the shortage is confirmed, we will issue a replacement as soon as possible. However, if your entire package was never delivered or was stolen, please let us know so we can process a replacement.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it, follow these steps. Verify if the shipping address you provided was correct. Look for a notice of attempted delivery around your door, mailbox, or typical delivery area. Look around the delivery location for your package. See if someone else accepted the delivery (a neighbor, roommate, etc.). Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail. Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival. If it's been more than 36 hours after you received the package delivery notice, send us an email and we will help you. Usually, the postal carrier is able to locate your package, but either way our support staff will be there to have your back.

If you're claiming your entire package was never delivered or was stolen and tracking information shows it was delivered, we will need to file a claim before we process a replacement. Please reach out to contact@whompitglass.com for further help.

 

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, just email contact@whompitglass.com a photo of the item inside of the bubble wrap next to your package with the shipping label visible. You have 48 hours to report incorrect items. Once the mistake is confirmed, we may ask you to return the incorrect item and will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

 

Age Verification

WE CANNOT SHIP YOUR PACKAGE WITHOUT AGE VERIFICATION. If your package has not yet been shipped, this may be due to not having completed the required age verification process. Please make sure to complete the age verification process you were emailed about so we can ship your order out in a timely manner.

Yes—you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Whomp It. Age verification is a legally required process, and we take it seriously to prevent underage sales.

We use AgeChecker.net, a secure and widely trusted verification system also used by many large brands in the industry. Your age verification information is handled safely and never stored by Whomp It.

Most customers are instantly verified using the basic information entered at checkout. Be sure to enter your full legal name, date of birth, and billing address accurately—incorrect information can cause your verification to fail and delay your shipment.

If instant verification doesn’t go through, you’ll be prompted to complete a quick text message verification. As a final step, you may be asked to upload a valid photo ID if needed.

Whomp It also reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order for security reasons. If you refuse delivery and the package is returned to us, your order will be refunded minus the shipping cost and a restocking fee.

 

Backorders

When an item is on backorder, it will ship once we receive the inventory. Do note that our backorder dates are tentative and subject to change. Shipments may arrive sooner or later than the proposed date on the notice. Please check the product page for the estimated shipment date.
