Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products. This means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unused or unworn with tags)

  • In its original, unopened package

  • Returned using the shipping label we provide

Used or opened products will be disposed of upon return and are not eligible for a refund.

You cannot return goods until you have received a written authorization and shipping label from Whomp It. Goods sent back without our shipping label or written authorization will not be credited to your account.

A return shipping label cost and 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

To request a return, please email contact@whompitglass.com within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and reach out from the same email used to place the order.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Important:
If you think you might return or exchange a piece, do not open or use it. Contact us immediately at contact@whompitglass.com to start the return process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Your item must be returned unused and unopened, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
